Vacancy Notice
A vacancy notice is required for all seniors and tenants who do not intend to return to the apartments. A vacancy notice is required 60 days before vacancy, as agreed upon in your lease. Failure to fill out a vacancy notice 60 days prior to vacancy will result in the loss of your security deposit. Failure to pass a check-out appointment will also result in the loss of your security deposit.
If you have intentions to return to the apartments at a later date, fill out the Apartment Intentions Form instead.
